Community Kitchen Hire
Cook, prepare, serve and host from the Nash Dom Community Hub in Walsall. Fully equipped for caterers, bakers, pizza operators, food startups and event catering.
Booking deposit of 25% of the hire total · separate refundable security deposit of £500 returned after the post-hire inspection · cancellation within 10 calendar days makes kitchen hire payments non-refundable unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Cooking line — 6-burner range + oven, twin-well fryer, deck / pizza oven, extraction canopy with gas isolation, central plating & assembly island.

Each December our hall transforms into a magical winter wonderland — meet St Nicholas, dance under the disco lights, write letters to Santa and celebrate with the whole community. A highlight of the Nash Dom year.
Happy Halloween at Nash Dom
Pumpkin carving, face painting, spooky crafts and a themed feast of halal mummy-dogs, donuts and popcorn from our machine. A safe, fun-filled afternoon for the whole community every October.

We had our daughter's birthday at Nash Dom and it worked brilliantly for the whole family. The children had their own space to play while the adults could relax and enjoy the celebration. Having everything in one venue made the day so much easier.
We hired Nash Dom for a family birthday celebration and were really pleased with how flexible the space was. We had room for the buffet, music, decorations and all our guests without the evening feeling overcrowded.
Nash Dom gave our community group a welcoming and practical place to bring people together. The team was helpful, the facilities suited our needs and the venue offered very good value for a local event.
We used the venue for a full-day training session. The room was easy to configure, refreshments were straightforward to arrange and there was enough space for both presentation work and smaller group activities.

For a community organisation, finding an affordable venue with the right facilities can be difficult. Nash Dom understood what we needed and gave our volunteers a comfortable space where we could meet, eat and spend time together.
Having the tea and coffee station ready to go was a lovely touch. Our guests could help themselves to hot drinks, cold drinks and everything they needed throughout the day, which made the event feel well looked after.
Having both indoor and outdoor areas made a big difference to our event. Guests could move between the main celebration and the covered outdoor seating, which created a much more relaxed atmosphere.
We've used Nash Dom more than once because the team is approachable and the venue can be adapted for very different occasions. It's convenient, reasonably priced and we know we can speak to someone when we need help.

Frequently asked questions
What are your opening hours?
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Out-of-hours hire (evenings, weekends and bank holidays) is available at adjusted rates.
How much deposit do I need to pay?
A 25% booking deposit secures your booking, with the balance payable on the day. A separate £150 refundable security deposit covers damage, additional cleaning or missing equipment and is returned after your post-event inspection.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made fewer than 10 calendar days before the event result in the booking deposit being retained. Cancellations made at least 10 days in advance are referred to our authorised manager for refund processing according to your signed agreement.
Is equipment included?
Yes — laptops, projectors, TV/DVD, whiteboard and pens are available on request at no additional charge.
Do you offer refreshments?
Tea and coffee is £1 per person, or tea, coffee and cakes for £2.50 per person.
Can I hire a bouncing castle, popcorn or candy floss machine?
Yes! We offer bouncing castle, popcorn machine and candy floss machine hire as add-ons to your booking. Ask about availability and pricing when you make your enquiry.
How does community kitchen hire work?
Our community kitchen (Carpathian Taste) is available for caterers, bakers, pizza operators, food startups and event catering. Rates start from £30/hour, £165 for 5 hours or £285 for a 10-hour day, with monthly plans available. A booking deposit of 25% of the hire total and a separate refundable £500 security deposit apply — kitchen hire has its own terms, separate from room hire. Hire is subject to application, induction and compliance approval, and the hire fee is due before access.
What do I need before I can use the community kitchen?
Before access you will need public and product liability insurance of at least £2 million (plus Employers' Liability of at least £5 million where legally required), food business registration and food-safety controls such as HACCP or Safer Food Better Business, competent inducted staff, and payment of the hire fee and any deposit. At least one competent responsible person must remain present throughout the hire.
What are the kitchen hire cancellation terms?
Cancellation within 10 calendar days of the booking makes kitchen hire payments non-refundable unless we agree otherwise in writing. Extra cleaning, overrun, missing items or damage may be charged, and we may stop any unsafe, unlawful or disruptive activity without refund. Utilities are included subject to reasonable use, and you must clean and sanitise all used surfaces and equipment before you leave.
